Medical Assessments

  1. Battery of assessments conducted in line with HIRA assessment and as identified by SHEQ Manager
  2. Mitigate risk in the event of injury or death in the workplace
  3. Compliant in the event of Department of Labour inspection by ensuring all equipment is calibrated and certificates are renewed annually.
  4. Effective scheduling and pre-population of employees data on our Booking system prevents queuing & ensures continued productivity in the workplace

Supportroom is a Digital wellness and EAP service. We are able to assist clients with their wellness needs through various interactions and programs. BLU offers Wellness days, assisting the client in Company wellness days by assessing the wellness of their employees and giving statistical reports and offer advice on the trends that are identified. BLU can then assist the client in building programs specifically built for their workforce. BLU can through the Wellness support assist the client to create a healthy, engaged and motivated workforce.

The registered nurse will do referral for doctor consultations or other relevant health services as needed.

Dispensing license

Assist the client with the application for a dispensing license for the premises so that the registered nurse can prescribe and dispense medication under the auspices of an OHP.

Occupational Health Practitioner

BLU will provide the services of a Occupational Health Practitioner (OHP) for doctor consultation, these consultations could be physical and virtual consultations.

Patient confidentiality is paramount and records are kept for up to 40 years in line with Occ Health requirements. POPIA compliance is adhered to in all software and manual processes.
